We bought a relatively new house but still ended up with plenty of repairs, replacements and new jobs needing to be done. John was recommended by our broker and he showed us how to get the projects completed quickly and without going crazy on costs. He also remedied a safety problem our inspector had not even noticed. John did very skillful work deftly, always kept on schedule and was a cheerful man to have working about the house. His son accompanied him from time to time when extra help was called for, and we ultimately got to meet John’s whole lovely family  -- no wonder he comes to work a happy man! By the way, John’s total bill was around half of what our inspector had guessed we would need to pay. We could not recommend anyone more highly than John for whatever construction project you have -- big or small.
